Steve Husband is a Senior Scientist working with Healthy Land & Water and the QFBC.

Steve Husband is a Senior Scientist – Fire Ecology in Healthy Land & Water’s Climate Adaptation Team. Steve provides expertise in community engagement, operational fire management and project delivery.

Steve’s background is in operational forest management and ecological restoration. He has interests in threatened species, post-wildfire recovery of plant communities, dry rainforest and landscape-scale fire management.

Steve is also a student of fine literature in his spare time.
